When you sign up for the Traveling Puzzle, here are the responsibilities for both Ou La La Puzzles and the Participants:
Ou La La Puzzles Responsibilities
Communication
We provide direct one-on-one communication with each participant. This can be through email or through the FB group.
Schedule
We organize the shipping schedule based on sign-ups.
Shipping
We will provide a shipping label.
Participants Responsibilities
Availability
Ensure you are available to receive the package. If you will be unavailable, please notify us immediately at contact@oulalapuzzles.fr with alternative dates.
Checkout
Provide a valid mailing address and email during checkout.
Pickup
Packages must be picked up from a Posti Outlet within 7 days of arrival.
Inform Ou La La Puzzles at contact@oulalapuzzles.fr when you have received the package.
Shipping
All packages should be sent as Posti S Parcel and shipped using a Posti Outlet.
Notify Ou La La Puzzles at contact@oulalapuzzles.fr of the date and Posti Outlet location from which you shipped the package.

Condition Report
Maintain the puzzle in excellent condition for the next participant. Submit a condition report to contact@oulalapuzzles.fr before shipping the puzzle onward.
Damage
If the puzzle box is damaged, you are responsible for purchasing a replacement box of specific dimensions (11 x 32 x 42 cm).
Report any damage to the puzzles or contents immediately to contact@oulalapuzzles.fr
Missing
Report any missing piece(s) or contents immediately to contact@oulalapuzzles.fr
Report any packages that have not been received immediately to contact@oulalapuzzles.fr.
