The Puzzle Buyback Program is currently available in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, and Spain and would like to expand to other countries.

Additionally, we coordinate with puzzlers on a case-by-case basis to facilitate buyback opportunities outside of these countries mentioned.

If you're renting—whether through On Demand or Subscription— buyback puzzles will be included in your rental box, so shipping is free.

If you're submitting puzzles without renting, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.

Yes, the puzzle box is required when filling out the Puzzle Buyback Submission Form.

However, once your puzzles are approved, you do not need to include the boxes when sending them back with your rental.

We ask that you please hold onto the boxes until your puzzles have been verified.

Verification typically takes 5 business days after we receive your puzzles. You'll receive an email once the process is complete, detailing your approved puzzles and earned credits.

No, buyback credits are theme specific. Speed credits can only be used for Speed rentals, and Adult credits for Adult rentals.

The monthly raffle takes place on Instagram (@oulalapuzzles), and winners will be notified via email.

To check the status of your credits, rewards, or streak progress, please email us at contact@oulalapuzzles.fr. We’ll respond with your status within 2 business days.

If your puzzles don’t pass verification based on the Safety Declaration due to missing pieces, broken knobs, unpleasant odors, sharp edges, or signs of contaminants, we will hold onto them and notify you via email.
